Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential community grounds, parking areas, common areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control activities, visitor interactions, and documentation of incidents, patrols, and daily activities.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Position Type: Part Time / Graveyard Shift. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour. Schedule: Wednesday 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM, Thursday 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM, Friday 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM.
