Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols across an innovative corporate location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, reliability, agility, and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
