Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver - First Shift

As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Menomonee Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver responsive customer service and clear communication while working with a reliable, agile team that puts people first and acts with integrity.
Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
Schedule: Saturday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and operations location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Support a professional environment by communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership and/or appropriate emergency responders.
Requirements
- Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history (valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements).
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
