About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location in Milwaukee, WI, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
- Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.50 / Hour

- Thursday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
- Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
