Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces as assigned.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related concerns, and help to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Support access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and pedestrian flow during busy business periods, special events, and high-traffic hours.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
