As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Care in Clarksville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will engage professionally with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a data center location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and designated operational areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and completed patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$19.71 per hour.

Schedule

• Thursday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
