Security Officer Patrol Concierge

About the Role

As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. This role blends customer service and communication with a caring, reliable, and team-oriented approach, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day while acting with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity at the location, assist with visitor-related questions, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by communicating clearly with tenants, guests, and building personnel regarding security-related matters and site expectations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Time: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
