Concierge Security - Patrol Officer

Responsibilities

• Tell stories that reassure and inspire confidence
• Welcome, verify identities, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Achieve and pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Schedule

Set schedule:

• Shift 2: Full-time, Thursday through Monday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Shift 3: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd Shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Shift 4: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
