Concierge Security - Patrol Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

About the role

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Schedule

• Full-time: Saturday through Wednesday, 2nd shift (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)
• Part-time: Thursday through Friday and Sunday, 2nd shift (2 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18/hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license, if required
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• 1 year of security experience
• 1 year of supervisor experience

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
