Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Reporting

As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Healthcare. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and reporting access-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate observations with site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or batons is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$20.05 / Hour

Schedule

• Tuesday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
