As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will communicate clearly, respond to evolving needs, and support a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and report access concerns in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.
- Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $19.95 / Hour
Schedule: Day Time, Monday 01:30 PM - 09:30 PM, Tuesday 05:30 AM - 01:30 PM
