As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with professionalism. A valid driver's license is required for this driving post.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and property-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and help maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and promptly report observed maintenance, lighting, or access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Saturday 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Sunday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
