What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control activities, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards at an aero and defense location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support authorized access for personnel, deliveries, and vendors in accordance with site requirements.
- Support daily operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining logs, and reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or security-related issues observed during assigned shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
