As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology and media location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology and media office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual conditions and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay and schedule

Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Schedule: Day Time, Monday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
