As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production-adjacent spaces, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting arrivals, departures, and/or incidents as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
