Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Detail

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, parking areas, common spaces, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support daily operations by providing directions, addressing routine questions, and assisting with security-related requests while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
