As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol residential and technology-focused locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to concerns, communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking locations, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Support a professional environment at a technology,
