Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driving Role

About the role

As a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service at a medical technology and manufacturing location in Saint Paul, MN. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Pay

$23.18 / hour.

Schedule

• Part-time, daytime shifts.
• Monday: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM
