Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Services

About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to support access control and maintain a visible presence while communicating professionally with employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and report security-related conditions, suspicious activity, access control concerns, and facility hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

$21.00 / Hour

Schedule

• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
