Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Part-Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Officer in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries. This role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and responding professionally to situations. The position requires a valid driver’s license and offers flexibility through our Claim a Shift platform, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events calmly and effectively, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Pay

$23.18 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
