Security Officer - Part Time Unarmed

Pay

$18.94 per hour.

Schedule

Fixed anchor shift: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM on Sundays. Additional shifts may be claimed through the Claim-A-Shift program for increased flexibility and earnings.

This role requires a six (6) month commitment to the designated site and weekly shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and communications with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
