Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential policy violations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document observations accurately
• Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a visible presence and adherence to site procedures

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
