What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a high-traffic technology location.
- Screen employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting security-related operations and/or business continuity needs.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around designated screening areas, entry points, and the surrounding business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
