Security Officer Part Time Screening

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening activities, and/or emergency response support at a technology-focused location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering the location while following established access control and security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors regarding site rules, restricted areas, and screening expectations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Schedule

Job Schedule DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
