Responsibilities

• Screen employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel entering the technology, media, and telecommunications location in accordance with site‑specific access procedures.
• Inspect identification, credentials, packages, and/or personal items as permitted by site policy; direct individuals to the appropriate entry point or visitor processing area.
• Operate screening equipment and maintain awareness of prohibited items, unauthorized access attempts, and other security‑related concerns.
• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by communicating access requirements professionally and assisting with directions or site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; promptly report security‑related concerns and conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry areas and nearby perimeter locations.

Requirements

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 + years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$19.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Thursday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
