Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation in accordance with site and Allied Universal requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
