Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Schedule

Day Time: Tuesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Saturday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, exterior spaces, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site policies.
  • Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately; communicate observations to site leadership, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
