Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and support adherence to visitor, employee, and delivery procedures while maintaining a professional presence consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervisors.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
