What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a technology, media, or telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related events, incidents, and observations in accordance with post instructions.
• Support emergency response activities, including following site emergency procedures, assisting with evacuations when needed, and helping to maintain order during unusual situations.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
