Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver
About the role
Apart from serving and safeguarding clients in various industries like Tech/Media/Telecom, you will also contribute to a culture that positively impacts the communities and customers we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and/or the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, badge activity, and/or visitor traffic while assisting with posted rules, delivery coordination, and other security-related procedures.
- Document daily activities, observations, and/or incident details in required logs and reports, and communicate important updates during shift changes.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
