Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and other security-related duties appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or policy concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with directional information and general assistance, and report maintenance, life protection, and operational concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
