Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and report suspicious activity, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support site operations by observing truck traffic, checking exterior doors and gates, and reporting hazards, spills, and/or other conditions that could impact daily business activity.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
