Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and/or patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, incidents, and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

Schedule

Day Time: Tue 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM, Wed 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM
