Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
