About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access-related procedures, visitor directions, and/or de-escalation support when needed.
  • Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and security-related issues, and by following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response activities.
  • Ability to follow post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

DayTime: Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
