Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and visitor processing at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points for authorized access, verify identification and/or shipping documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, truck areas, loading and unloading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe operational or security-related issues.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and access records related to visitors, deliveries, trailers, and/or employee movement while supporting daily site operations and client procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
