Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and assisting with entry and visitor processing at a financial services location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe unusual activity, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting access control issues, unsecured entry points, and other security-related conditions that may need attention.
• Aid with badge accountability, visitor logs, package screening when required, and other access-related duties that help support daily operations and compliance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Have a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.
