Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and assisting with entry and visitor processing at a financial services location.
- Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe unusual activity, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting access control issues, unsecured entry points, and other security-related conditions that may need attention.
- Aid with badge accountability, visitor logs, package screening when required, and other access-related duties that help support daily operations and compliance with site policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Have a state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role
This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
