Pay Rate

$19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and vendor access, and help to deter unauthorized access within a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related events and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, gate areas, trailer yards, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Support truck and freight movement by observing inbound and outbound activity, reporting unusual behavior, and following post orders related to access control and property monitoring.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must be willing to undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
