Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities for a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, document incidents, and coordinate the timely routing of officers and/or emergency personnel to reported situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear radio and telephone communication and relaying updates to site contacts and field personnel.
• Maintain activity logs, incident records, and dispatch reports, helping to support accurate documentation of security-related events, access concerns, and/or operational disruptions.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through dispatch oversight of the business and perimeter, helping to monitor officer status, track assignments, and communicate changing conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
