Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a high-traffic retail location.
• Monitor phones, radios, cameras, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and/or operational concerns by gathering details, relaying information to site personnel and leadership, and helping to coordinate a timely response.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, while communicating clearly with onsite personnel, management, and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Support daily operations by monitoring entry activity, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
