Security Officer Part Time Customer Service Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a part-time position in Marietta, PA, serving clients in industries such as Food/Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of food and beverage production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vendor entry, and following established entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications:

• Customer service experience.
• Access control and badge experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Pay

$18.03 per hour.

• Saturday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
