- Sun 04:00 AM - 12:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor communications channels, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to incidents, alarms, maintenance concerns, and/or other priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and status updates to support accurate documentation of security-related activity, visitor concerns, and/or operational disruptions.
- Cookordination with site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders to share timely information and help support an organized response to incidents and critical situations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or potential hazards within varying working environments and conditions.
Minimum Requirements
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
