What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, entrances, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and/or asset-sensitive locations, assisting with security-related concerns involving customers, team members, vendors, and deliveries.
• Support closing, opening, and/or cash movement activities when assigned, maintaining a visible presence and following post orders and armed post protocols.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
