As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout an entertainment location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with guests and team members, and support a welcoming environment through integrity, teamwork, reliability, agility, and innovation. An armed guard card or license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Requirements
- Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Undergo a drug screen as permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Meet any additional licensing requirements per state/local regulations.
- Hold a valid driver’s license if the position requires driving.
