What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, with attention to unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
Maintain access to the location by verifying credentials, observing entry and exit activity, and reporting unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations.
Support cash handling and other sensitive operational areas through visible presence, routine observation, and timely reporting of hazards, maintenance issues, and/or potential risks.

Minimum Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
An armed guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing Requirements

Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
