Pre-Employment Requirements (Contractual)
- 21+ Years of Age (C101)
- 6 Months+ Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience (C109)
- Active Armed Guard Card/License
Job Schedule
Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
Carry authorized duty equipment in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and/or applicable laws while maintaining professionalism during routine duties and incident response.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
- Have 6 months or more of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
