Security Officer Overnight College Campus Driver

As a Security Officer Part Time Dispatch Driver in Kutztown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, students, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and other communications systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain clear, accurate records of incidents and service requests.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with campus personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain dispatch logs, access records, key control documentation, and other required reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the industrial location and perimeter, as assigned, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
