Security Officer/Night Shift

Primary Purpose

Facilitate a safe working environment for employees at Mountaire Farms.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Protect Mountaire Farms personnel and property through patrols from a fixed station, on foot, or by vehicle.
• Control authorized access to company buildings and property.
• Respond to emergency situations, including working long hours and additional days as assigned.
• Work in all weather conditions and temperatures, walking and standing for extended periods (up to 2-3 hours).
• Follow all Company safety policies and S.O.P. regulations.
• Support Mountaire Farms’ Goal Zero mission statement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or relevant military experience.
• Acceptable driving record as per Mountaire’s Non-Commercial Vehicle Policy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
