Security Officer - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry and orderly movement throughout the location.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, facility rules, and incident updates while maintaining professionalism in varying working conditions.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
