Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol Walmart

About the role

As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Willow Grove, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. This is a driving post, so you may use a vehicle to complete patrols and respond across the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and communicate observations to site contacts when needed.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and/or de-escalation during busy business periods, special events, or emergency situations as directed by site procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
